It's hard to believe that 2015 is coming to an end. This has been a banner year for us and it's all due to you, our loyal customers. With three stores open seven days a week, with thousands of items available, and new consignments taken six days a week, our staff works very hard to get new items on the racks as fast as we can. It's not unusual for many consignment items to be sold the same day they come in!
Our staff is available to help our shoppers make selections, learn about special sales and discounts and make sure checkout goes smoothly. In order for us to continue to give our customers a great shopping experience, and make sure our staff is available to help shoppers find what they need, we are making a small change in our consignment policy.
Effective January 1, 2016, any item that has not sold after going through our six to eight week consignment cycle, will be donated to one of our charities. We will no longer be finding and returning items that have not sold in order to free up time for our staff to assist customers better. Rest assured, your unsold items will allow local churches, community centers to continue their mission of helping others in need. Thank you for your support.
